Field Support Representative

Augustine Consulting, Inc. a professional services firm providing select services to national defense agencies, seeks a Field Support Representative to serve as a part of the Company’s Technical Services team in support of Project Manager Soldier Warrior (PM SWAR). The Field Support Representative will apply their current experience in assisting with the training and integrating of all aspects of PM Soldier Warrior’s Nett Warrior system with US Army personnel.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assists with maintaining accurate, complete, and up to date Site Procedure Guides, Forms and Logs, and other Site Branding as directed by the PM.

Assists with collecting and reporting Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) data for systems managed by the PM.

Assists with Incident Reports with Defective Component Name and Serial Number (SN)/ National Stock Number (NSN)/or Part Number (PN) of PM Managed equipment.

Assists with Unit Survey of PM managed systems.

Assists with basic troubleshooting on all components of PM managed systems.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED and greater than 14 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree and greater than 12 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and greater than 5 years of relevant experience.

Ability to deploy overseas with the US Army in a non-combatant support role as required

Current Secret security clearance.

Experience in tactical small unit operations.

Military Experience in Combat Arms organization

Military or Contract experience with Nett Warrior system
