Field Support Representative

Augustine Consulting, Inc. a professional services firm providing select services to national defense agencies, seeks an experienced Field Support Representative to serve as a part of the Company’s Technical Services team in support of Project Manager Soldier Warrior (PM SWAR). The Field Support Representative will apply their current and extensive experience by training and integrating all aspects of PM Soldier Warrior’s Nett Warrior system with US Army personnel.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining accurate, complete, and up to date Site Procedure Guides, Forms and Logs, and other Site Branding as directed by the PM.

Collecting and reporting Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) data for systems managed by the PM.

Providing Incident Reports with Defective Component Name and Serial Number (SN)/ National Stock Number (NSN)/or Part Number (PN) of PM Managed equipment.

Providing Unit Survey of PM managed systems.

Performing basic troubleshooting on all components of PM managed systems.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED and greater than 20 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree and greater than 17 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and greater than 10 years of relevant experience.

Ability to deploy overseas with the US Army in a non-combatant support role as required

Current Secret security clearance.


Preferred Qualification:

Strong oral communication skills.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience in coaching/teaching/mentoring small unit leaders of combat arms organizations.

Military Experience in Combat Arms organization

Military or Contract support experience with Nett Warrior system
