Administrative Support Analyst

Augustine Consulting, Inc. a professional services firm providing select services to national defense agencies, seeks an experienced Administrative Support Analyst to serve as a part of the Company’s Technical Services team in support of Project Manager Soldier Warrior (PM SWAR). The Administrative Support Analyst will provide senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources supporting the PM/PEO and others as necessary.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Managing PM/PEO calendars using MS Outlook.

- Providing administrative and general office support.

- Preparing a variety of documents, such as: correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software.

- Advising writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications.

- May be required to train lower-level administrative support analyst(s).

- Individual's work may also include handling sensitive or confidential information.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED and greater than 5 years’ relevant experience.

Current Secret security clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Office Suite of Software.

Proficient with Defense Travel System.


This position is contingent on contract award.
