Special Operations Forces (SOF) Field Support Representative

Augustine Consulting, Inc. a professional services firm providing select services to national defense agencies, seeks an experienced Special Operations Forces (SOF) Field Support Representative to serve as a part of the Company’s Technical Services team in support of Project Manager Soldier Warrior (PM SWAR). The SOF Field Support Representative will apply their current and extensive experience in SOF Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) by training and integrating all aspects of the PM Soldier Warrior’s Nett Warrior system with US Army SOF personnel.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Organizing and directing work, coordinating efforts related to planning, programming, and execution of fielding operations.

Providing the highest level of technical expertise related to oversight, development and execution of fielding operations for the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community.

Conducting mission planning support and integration of Nett Warrior (NW) with other SOF mission command systems.

Coordinating with unit leadership on NW systems and SOF communications architecture to include associated waveforms.

Providing logistical support to assemble, package, ship, inventory, integrate systems, and install cables, brackets, and other.

Tracking, monitoring, and reporting new and ongoing integration projects.

Providing support for unit training and deployment missions.

Assisting with maintaining accurate, complete, and up to date Site Procedure Guides, Forms and Logs, and other Site Branding as directed by the PM.

Assist in collecting and reporting recommendations for improvements and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) data for systems managed by the PM.

Providing Incident Reports with Defective Component Name and Serial Number (SN)/ National Stock Number (NSN)/or Part Number (PN) of PM Managed equipment.

Providing Unit Surveys of equipment managed by the PM.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED and greater than 20 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree and greater than 17 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and greater than 10 years of relevant experience.

Ability to deploy overseas with the US Army in a non-combatant support role as required

Current Secret security clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:

Military Experience in SOF organization

Experience with SOF mission command applications.

Strong oral communications skills.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience coaching/teaching/ mentoring small unit leaders of combat arms organizations.

Current Top Secret security clearance.
