Senior Logistics Manager

Augustine Consulting Inc. (ACI), an established provider of software engineering, technology, system integration, and select services to the Government, has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Manager for a DoD customer. As Senior Logistics Manager, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the full integration of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for PM Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) systems. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the full integration of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across Performance Based Logistics (PBL) programs to ensure full compliance with the program's statement of work requirements.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute logistics efforts in support of PM PNT programs, initiatives, and goals.
  • Plan, organize and produce supportability plans for programs complete with logistical support analysis in approved DoD formats.
  • Manage the tracking of various documents and events to include Action Items, software patches, Staffing Sheets, and Resiliency Software Assurance and Modification (RSAM) business rhythm.
  • Responsible for providing New Equipment Fielding logistics support for PM PNT products and fielding.
  • Responsible and accountable for the coordination and shipping/tracking and receiving of Resiliency and Software Assurance Modification (RSAM) test equipment to Platforms Integrators.
  • Provide logistics analysis, provide inputs for logistics requirements, and update input, and PM PNT acquisition products, processes and documentation.
  • Prepare and provide input into the formulation of short and long-range logistics and product support planning.
  • Support logistics audits and audit readiness testing by maintaining, collecting, reviewing, updating, and providing logistics and sustainment documentation.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Current U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. passport
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 8 years of DoD Logistics experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting New Equipment Fielding efforts.
  • Must be able to meet SRP and CRC deployment requirements as required to support OCONUS mission
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and withstand warehouse and field conditions
  • Effective written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in a specialized field plus a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS); or, a bachelor's degree in the specialized field plus 8 years of applicable experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting New Equipment fielding to DoD programs; or, 3+ years’ experience providing Acquisition planning, schedule development, and requirements analysis
  • Familiarity with C4ISR systems and integration
