Project/Technical Manager

Augustine Consulting, Inc. a professional services firm providing select services to national defense agencies, seeks an experienced Project/Technical Manager to serve as a part of the Company’s Engineering Services team. The Project/Task Manager will provide management related tasks across the entire product line.

These tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing day to day direction for a group of subordinates to include expert functional guidance to employees.
  • Interfacing with Government management to resolve problems.
  • Establishing priorities of work to subordinates based on Government goals and objectives.
  • Distributing and balancing workload in accordance with established workflows and assuring timely accomplishment of schedule and performance requirements.
  • Managing delivery of PWS requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and greater than 15 years’ relevant experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated skills in program administration and program analysis with understanding of program lifecycles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the Program Manager and company staff to coordinate program related activities.
  • Have the ability to think and act independently in a distributed work situation.
  • A thorough understanding of operating a computer, which includes Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications.
  • Possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to acquire a SECRET clearance.
